Payments Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Debit / Credit cards / e-wallet Masterpass through Alpha Bank of Greece payment platform
  (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners Club)
  Transactions’ Security: All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of Alpha e-Commerce of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Shipping Information

All of our products are handmade to order. Please allow 7-10 days prior shipment for craftsmanship.
Once shipped, an email will follow advising you the tracking number of your shipment.  Please note that Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs. All Shipments are carried out from our Flagship Store: Panagitsas 3, Kifisia 14562, Athens, Greece.

Return & Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, we’ll be more than happy to solve your issue. However, to qualify a refund, items should be in their original packaging , including the retail receipt and in saleable condition.

In this case, the customer pays the transportation cost for the return.
Prior returning your item, kindly requested to contact us first at sales@costis.com Order number should be mentioned accordingly.

Refunds will be made as long as we process the returned item.
